Berry, Peter
About the artist
Peter Berry (born 1948) has been painting for the last 17 years. He spent his working life as a graphic designer and is now retired and spends a lot of his time painting. He used to belong to the artist collective on Johnsons Island in Brentford, an idyllic and picturesque island on The Grand Union Canal, working there for five years, but he now works from his home in Roehampton. His paintings are all oil on canvas in a realistic style. The subjects vary greatly and are a mixture of urban landscapes, erotica, portraiture and still life.
