One of John Pawle’s delightful faux naif still lifes that are just so relaaaaaaxed.

The word on the neck of the bottle spells “gin”, though we haven’t yet been able to work out whether a particular brand of gin is being portrayed.

Any suggestions?

NB The rose in the picture has been placed in a chutney jar from Fortnum & Mason, the upmarket grocer. How very tasty!
