Melissa Scott-Miller is celebrated for her exterior views of London; here for a change is a classic contemporary London interior, featuring the artist’s son and daughter in the front room of her North London home.

The sleeping dog at left of frame is Joey, who used to accompany Melissa on her painting expeditions, but sadly he recently passed away to the great kennel in the sky.

This wonderful portrait is a large work painted on two panels measuring four feet by five feet in all.
