There’s some muscular art from the controversial cartoonist and painter Seb Tanti Burlo at his new show opening in the East End on August 15th. An extraordinarily diverse artist, Seb’s work ranges from expressionist landscape to lurid political caricature.
As he seldom flatters those in power, things had been getting a tad hot for Seb in his native Malta so he has taken up home in London, where he reckons he can keep up his satirical work for the Times of Malta without quite so much risk to his life expectancy.
